New Instructor, New Class Timetable, New Classes!
We are delighted to announce a brand new group fitness timetable will launch at Volair Huyton from Monday 19th February, you can pick up your copy of the new timetable at reception or take a look here online.
Volair welcomes Steph Barron as our latest Group Fitness Instructor to join the team from Wednesday 14th February. Steph will be instructing 3 brand new classes which are now available to book.
P90X – Wednesday’s 9.15am -10.15am

PiYO – Wednesday’s 10.20am-10.50am
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.
Gliding – Wednesday’s 10.55am – 11.40am
