Body weight HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout program.

Process:

  • Perform each exercise for 30 seconds at a high intensity.
  • Followed by a 10-second rest period.
  • Move on to the next exercise.
  • Once completed all exercises rest for 1 minute.
  • Repeat the circuit 3 times.

Exercises to perform:

  1. Forward Lunges.
  2. Jump Squats.
  3. Reverse Lunges.
  4. Leg Raises.
  5. Crunches.
  6. Push Ups.
  7. Mountain Climbers.
  8. Plank.
