Body weight HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout program.
Process:
- Perform each exercise for 30 seconds at a high intensity.
- Followed by a 10-second rest period.
- Move on to the next exercise.
- Once completed all exercises rest for 1 minute.
- Repeat the circuit 3 times.
Exercises to perform:
- Forward Lunges.
- Jump Squats.
- Reverse Lunges.
- Leg Raises.
- Crunches.
- Push Ups.
- Mountain Climbers.
- Plank.
