BMX / Velodrome

Velodrome taster/coaching sessions will be available at 11:00am and 2:00pm.

BMX taster /coaching sessions will be available at 10:00am and 12:00pm.

Bikes and helmets will be provided.

Food and Craft Stalls

Food and Craft Stalls from the Huyton Live events will be present on the day.

Cycle Skills 

Cycle Skills sessions run by Liverpool Century Cycling Club will be available at 10:0am and 12:00pm.

You will need to bring your own bikes for the Cycling Skills sessions.

Spa Treatments

Volair Spa will be offering complimentary taster treatments in our activity studio from 10:00am – 2:00pm

Free Swimming

Free swimming between 9:00am and 3:00pm.  Spaces are limited.

Book your swimming time at reception or call 0151 443 2200.

Volair Super Stars

Sunday 18th August

9:00am – 3:00pm

Come join the Volair Super Stars Day at Knowsley Leisure & Culture Park as we host a FREE, fun day of activities and challenges that encourage families to be healthy and active!

All sessions can be booked at reception or by calling 0151 443 2200.

Super Stars Challenge

Volair will be hosting a super stars challenge, the challenge will consist of gym workouts, cycling and swimming.

Gym Test 1, Gym Test 2, 1 Mile Race, 200m Relay, Velodrome Race, Basketball Challenge, Swim Relay
