Membership Freeze Request

All direct debit memberships were frozen on the day we closed.

Your next payment will be taken as normal on your usual Direct Debit date, from 1st August onward.

Not ready to return yet?

If you are in a vulnerable group, have other commitments at the moment, are struggling financially or you do not yet feel ready to return despite all our safety measures, you can request a further membership freeze.
