We are excited to introduce a new updated Group Fitness Timetable at Volair Kirkby. The new timetable will increase to offer 45 classes per week, including junior/family classes, a new instructor will be joining the team. Karen McIntyre joins and will be taking new classes; Metafit, Fitness Pilates and a Yummy Mummy’s class. All taking place on a Wednesday morning.
The new timetable will launch on week commencing 26th February. Don’t forget to secure your place in any class you can book online up to 7 days in advance (3 days for Spin).
ViPR stands for Vitality, Performance and Re-conditioning. ViPR Workout is a full-body strength training and cardio workout designed around three planes of movement to train the whole body at once and burn maximum calories.
30 minute full body workout that changes your metabolism towards fat burning. Class consists of cardio intervals & weight training combined through special hybrid movements.
No Workout Is Ever The Same
A gentle exercise class using functional exercises to help lose weight, tone up, strengthen the pelvic floor and core muscles and get fit. It is also a great class to make new friends and to help deal with or prevent post natal depression.
12 week session for 12-19yr old.
Fitness Challenges in week 1 and 12. Different workout’s each week followed by educational information about healthy eating, wellbeing and fitness.
