My name is Mike Naylor.
I have a Diploma in Personal Training.
More significantly, I have over 30 years’ experience of training people.
One thing I’ve learned in that time is that everyone is different.

My programmes are unique because they‘re carefully designed for YOU as an individual.
Nutrition & Lifestyle guidance is always included also.
I incorporate many training methods in my workouts such as weight-training, kettle bell & spot-pad work (you don’t have to be a boxer!) – but I focus primarily on cardio-vascular activity, core strength & stability exercises.
Remember – it doesn’t matter to me what shape you’re in now.
