My name is Peter Hadfield, I’m a level 4 Fitness Instructor with 20 yrs experience in the Health and Fitness Industry.
I’m delivering P.T sessions Where I hope to work with YOU! helping you achieve your health and fitness goals!
I enjoy all types of exercise, especially Functional Training! I love to use kettle bells, V.I.P.R, Power Bags, slam balls, TRX, KO8, and Battle Ropes as well as boxing and martial arts pad work
In my spare time I teach TAEKWONDO! Where I’m a Sports Coach at WLM TAEKWONDO CLUB! I hold a 5th Dan Black Belt in the Korean Martial Art, and have been training for over 25 yrs.
