To mark Volair’s 10th anniversary, we’re excited to announce the launch of our special "10 Challenges in 10 Weeks" competition! Join us for a series of fun, diverse challenges designed to test your skills each week. Complete as many challenges as you can for your chance to win. Week 1

Rules: Complete both rounds as fast as possible with good form. A gym instructor must time and record your results.

Week 2

Rules: Set resistance to 10, use proper technique, the instructor must time & record, for it to be counted and 1 attempt per day.

Week 3

Goal: Complete as many rounds in 10 minutes. How it works: 1 full circuit = 1 round. Safety: Use good form, modify if needed, and stop if unwell.
