Group fitness class timetables have been amended to allow 15 minutes between each class starting. We have also taken steps to protect members by reducing all class capacities by 50%.  These measures will allow us to clean the studio after each use and also will reduce the number of members entering or leaving a studio at any one time.

Group Power - Studio 3

Group Fight - Studio 3

Is an explosive mixed martial arts cardio and strength workout. It’s a great way to add variety to your training, improve timing, precision and focus. A challenging, athletic and motivating workout.

Low Circuit - Studio 2

Light to moderate class that works on slowly improving overall flexibility, balance, cardio endurance and muscle tone.

Tai Chi - Studio 2

An oriental programme to bring about a state of mental calm and clarity. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Aquacise - Main Pool

A water-based aerobics class which improves muscle strength and tone with minimum impact on joints. Suitable for non-swimmers, expectant mums and those with joint problems or injuries.
