If you have quick reflexes and like a competitive game then squash is the game for you.  It provides an excellent cardiovascular workout as it is fast moving, high impact and in one hour of playing squash you can burn between 600 to 1000 calories.

Playing squash provides a great upper and lower body workout, using your legs to run around the court and the arms and torso to reach and swing.

Squash is avaliable at Knowsley Leisure & Culture Park.
