Volair is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, engaging, and inspiring individual to join our highly successful swimming team and deliver Volair’s Swim Programme at any Leisure Centre.

As a Volair Causal Swimming Teacher, you must be passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities learn to swim. In this rewarding role, you’ll play a vital role in developing water safety skills and fostering a love of swimming in students of all ages and abilities.

Role

• Support the varied programme of activities and sessions.
• Develop and deliver engaging swim lessons tailored to each student’s needs and skill level.
• Instruct proper swimming techniques, water safety procedures, and pool etiquette.
• Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to help students build confidence and achieve their goals.
• Ensure a safe and fun learning environment for all swimmers.
• Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
• Engage, coach, and inspire our members of all ages and abilities to achieve their swimming goals
