A whole body workout in 45mins. Cardio, Conditioning, Core exercises, 15mins of each! Using equipment and body weight exercises.

Low Circuit - Studio 1
10:30 - 11:00

Light to moderate class that works on slowly improving overall flexibility, balance, cardio endurance and muscle tone.

Spin - Studio 1
18:00 - 18:45

Jump on one of our bikes and start peddling! These classes provide an intense workout while catering to participants of all fitness levels.

Aerobics - Studio 1
19:00 - 19:45

A rhythmic aerobics exercise class that will raise your heart rate to give you a full body workout

Aquacise - Swimming Pool
19:00 - 19:45

Pool based exercise that increases fitness levels and burns calories, whilst supporting joints. Great for all levels of fitness. The support of the water makes it less stressful on the muscles and joints but still gives you a great cardio workout.

Circuit - Studio 1

A class with multiple exercise stations focusing on specific muscle groups to give you an all over calorie busting workout.

Spin - Studio 1
