Please note we have frozen all direct debit payments, no payments will be collected during the closure.

Please be aware, we won’t be able to cancel your membership unless we’re able to contact you regarding your cancellation request to confirm you are the authorised account holder but don’t worry, your notice period will be effective from the date we receive cancellation request.
