Free Junior Swimming
Swimming across all Volair clubs is free free to children aged under 16 during the summer holidays.
The free swimming sessions have been funded by Knowsley Council’s Public Health team to encourage more children to swim as part of a healthy and active lifestyle. Swimming times will be 09.00am – 12.oopm with last admission is 45 minutes prior to closing.
How to participate
The free junior swimming sessions will be available throughout August 2024 during public swim times.
If you’re not already a registered Volair member, please register online ahead of visiting. It is free to register and saves time at reception when you arrive.
Pool Safety Rules
It’s important to remember that whilst children under the age of 16 will swim for free, all children under 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Adult swimming costs £5.80 per session.
Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult on a ratio of no more than 1 adult to 2 children.
