Our state of the art gym contains all the latest cardio and resistance training equipment. We have introduced a sledge track, increased our free weights and extended our functional training space to meet our members needs.
Downstairs we have dedicated the area to cardio while introducing a specialist TRX Zone. A little trip upstairs and we have everything to meet your weight and functional training needs, the perfect place to train and get results fast.
If you want to make the most of your time in the gym book a personalised programme with any of our Healthy Lifestyle Coaches. They’re all highly qualified and will be able design a free gym programme that’s just right for you. You can train with them regularly in our group fitness classes or try our gym-floor and functional training sessions.
