In response to these latest restrictions, Volair clubs must close from Tuesday 13 October. We hope you will understand these restrictions are implemented upon us quickly without consultation, we will continue to provide you with emails, update our website and social media as we receive more information regarding re-opening.
We are aware of the incredible value our members place on their own health & fitness and it has been amazing to see so many of you back in recent weeks. We will do our best to provide helpful hints, tips and workouts for our members via social media channels throughout the closure period.
Despite our disappointment with the decision to close health & fitness facilities, we do understand that due to the significant increases in cases locally it is crucial we all play our part in helping to tackle the outbreak.
We are currently working as quickly as possible to freeze all direct debit payments until our clubs reopen and as such there is no need to contact us to arrange this. If a direct debit payment has just been taken or about to be taken, once clubs reopen there will be no further payments taken until the closure period has been accounted for.
For our members who pay annually or for a monthly pay as you go membership, these will be extended to cover the period we are closed. You do not need to contact us regarding this.
