From Saturday 30 April 2022, the centre will be open on Saturdays and Sundays until 7pm (currently the centre closes at 3pm on Saturday and 2pm on Sunday).
The extended opening hours will be piloted over the summer until September 2022.
Prescot Soccer Centre offers 3G pitches for both 5-a-side and 7-a-side training and games, along with a fully equipped gym. There’s also a fully licensed bar and café. All of these facilities will be open until 7pm at weekends.
In addition, there are facilities available to hire for children’s parties, pay and play sessions and end of season presentation events.
Kevin Schofield, Managing Director of Volair, said “We have listened to our members who have asked if Prescot Soccer Centre can stay open later at the weekends. It’s important that we respond to this feedback and as a result, we are piloting the extended opening times for four months. These new opening times will provide greater choice for our members. Prescot Soccer Centre is open 7 days a week – 7am until 10pm Monday to Thursday, 7am until 9pm on Friday and now 9am until 7pm on Saturday and Sunday.”
