Volair is proud to announce the launch of its new group fitness classes as part of the “This Girl Can” initiative. These classes are designed to encourage women of all ages and abilities to participate in physical activity and lead a healthy lifestyle. The classes are free to both members and non-members, making them accessible to everyone who wants to take part.
The classes will launch from week commencing 20th March 2023. Those wishing to attend the classes are invited to attend a starter meeting on the below dates.
Volair Huyton | Thursday 16th March | 6:30pm
Volair Kirkby | Monday 13th March | 1:00pm
The first class, Zumba, will be held at Volair Kirkby on Mondays at 1pm. Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class that combines cardio and strength training exercises. The class is designed to be a fun, high-energy workout that helps participants to burn calories and improve their overall fitness levels. The music is upbeat and lively, and the dance moves are easy to follow, making it an enjoyable experience for all participants.
The second class, Boxercise, will be held at Volair Kirkby on Thursdays at 4:30pm. This is a high-energy workout that combines boxing and aerobic exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. The class is designed to be fun, challenging, and suitable for all fitness levels. Participants will be encouraged to work at their own pace, and the focus will be on having fun while getting fit.
Bootcamp, will be held at Volair Huyton on Tuesdays at 6:00pm. This will take place outdoors and is a high-intensity workout designed to push participants to their limits and improve their overall fitness levels. Bootcamp is a full-body workout that combines strength training, cardio, and agility exercises. This class will be led by Julie who will be supportive and motivating.
